We are so pleased with Shaun with Prompt Pest Solutions. We have had a significant problem with Box Elder and Elm bugs around our house. He was here for almost 2 hours and took the time to really investigate and remediate the problem. He also found wasp nests we didn’t know we had, and took care of those. He explained what he was doing throughout the process. I will be recommending Shaun and his company to all my friends.

So pleased with the work Nick did inside and outside our home. We felt comfortable having him in our home and he was great at listening to our concerns. Having spent six years in the pest control, industry myself, I am often hesitant to hire other companies (as I’ve learned not all are created equal). We decided to try out prompt pest solutions as we had heard good things, they just completed our first service, and I was amazed at their attention to detail. Shaun just finished his second treatment. I liked how the invoice showed all the details of what was used, including the mix ratio. Very informative! I was so happy to see he used the heaviest recommended mix to really knock bugs down. He didn't skimp. I felt really satisfied by the service and have seen positive results. Communication is also really clear, with messages prior and after arriving.
